See updates below- some fireworks have been cancelled/postponed
According to Blair Beach of the Richmond Parks Department, preparations have been underway for fireworks on Roosevelt Hill since last week.
Crews have been watering down the area for fireworks, due to the dry grass on the hill, to get ready for an exciting fireworks display. Entertainment on the hill is setting up now and will provide fun throughout the day. Fireworks will begin at dusk and concessions will be available.
