Lots of places host regular Karaoke nights throughout Wayne County. But Tally Ho Pub is hosting a 6 week competition dubbed “Tally Idol” which is drawing standing-room-only crowds.
The event is hosted by Tally Ho Pub, every Wednesday through November 10th from 9pm-1am. The contest includes 3 judges who score the contestants and advance 3 singers each week.
Joshua Jones (Jonesey) runs the show and keeps the crowd moving. Regular Karaoke follows the contest every week, running into the wee hours.
Last week there wasn’t an empty seat in the house. The atmosphere is friendly and, at times, electric during performances by some very talented local singers. This week will see a creepy Halloween theme and a $100 door prize from JC Penny’s Salon.
Tally Ho Idol

- Prizes: $350 1st place, $150 for 2nd and a $50 value tattoo from Dragon’s Den
