1860's Style Clothing

1860's Fashion

This week a committee met to discuss initial plans for a period clothing fashion show and tea, in honor of the 200 year anniversary of Wayne County, to be held later in September.

Initial plans are to present the show at the Lingle Auditorium at Reid Hospital in Richmond.

If you would like to assist with this project the committee is looking for people who own authentic reproduction or original period clothes.  If you have clothing to share or would like to be a model (or both) please contact members of the committee.  Clothing modeled or on display will cover the early 1800’s up to about 1970.
