SAVE THE DATE! Saturday, August 16th is National Model Aviation Day. The Hagerstown, IN RC Club is celebrating by hosting a Fun Fly from 11:00 AM- 7:00 PM at the Hagerstown Airport. NMA is a radio control flying day event to teach others about the hobby whether you’re just interested, a new R/C Pilot, or a well-seasoned RC Pilot.
We will have open flying for all AMA members and open racing on our Radio Control car dirt track. There will also be a “tailgate swap meet” so bring anything you want to sell or trade. Free raffle prizes from hobby shops and great kids’ activities including NASA paper rockets and AMA model airplanes.
FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Food and t-shirts will be available to purchase to help support the Wounded Warrior Project and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wayne County. Food, Flying, Racing and more. Visit our Facebook page at Hagerstown Indiana RC Club for more info or directions to the event. (see flyer below)
