There’s still time to sign up for the Summer Reading Program!!! (see poster below)
All ages are encouraged to participate and everyone gets a prize just for signing up! Babies and parents can earn prizes by reading and doing activities like singing and coloring together. Kids can earn prizes by reading and participating in other events like storytimes and family nights. Teens can earn prizes by reading, tweeting, and downloading music.
Adults can earn tickets for a chance to win gift certificates from all over Wayne County with every book they read. This summer, let us help you “Dig into reading.” The library now has a handicapped accessible front door with an automatic opener. Great for strollers too. Thank you to Brian’s Glass and Mirror for their wonderful service.
Join us, along with Morrisson-Reeves Library, for a free game of bowling with your family, including free shoe rental, just bring a canned good for each person participating.
