Start: Sep 28 2009 – 6:15pm End: Sep 28 2009 – 9:00pm Do you think that Richmond, Indiana should have a Human Right’s Commission? The Richmond City Council has cut the entire budget to the city’s Human Right’s Commission. On 6:15 p.m. Monday, the 28 of September there will be a rally outside of the Richmond City Building, protesting this decision. This is before the City Council meeting where they will finalize the budget cuts. Please come and show your support. When- 6:15 pm Monday September 28 Where- Outside the City Building
